His eyes become almost entirely black with bright red irises as the only other color within them. He drips with ink, though it doesn't seem to bother him in any way in this form, and a red tinge seems to surround his entire body. In this form Bendy is taller then all the other questers with his claws and fangs noticeably larger.
His first alternate form is seen in Chapter 79 while fighting the possessed Cala Maria.
